Welcome to our espresso adventure with a Cuban twist! ☕️ In today's video, we decided to try something a little different: Cafe Cubano - Espresso + Sugar! While we usually enjoy our coffee without any sweeteners, we couldn't resist giving this classic Cuban coffee style a shot.

For this experiment, we used coarse brown sugar, though a finer sugar might have been a better choice. But here's the thing – the results were surprisingly delightful! Our Cafe Cubano turned out super sweet and incredibly creamy. The real advantage of this method, as opposed to simply adding sugar to your espresso shot, is the luxurious texture it imparts. The espresso feels richer and thicker in body, while the taste remains true to the traditional Cuban sweetened espresso.

Now, we must emphasize that we typically don't sweeten our coffee-based drinks, but it's always fun to step out of our comfort zone once in a while, especially when exploring the rich coffee culture of Cuba!

To keep your machine in top shape, we recommend using of coffee cleaning powder and doing a backflush cycle. 👏
