Grays Harbor residents were invited to tryout for Ironworker apprenticeships as part of the crew that will build the pontoons for the 520 bridge in Seattle. The county has high unemployment and many skilled workers. The Ironworkers would like to see some local people get union jobs with negotiated pay and benefits.
