Yes, you can get into the Mac world for cheaper than a MacBook, but you probably shouldn't. Yes, you can use your smelly old monitor from the 1600s and your Cheeto covered old wired keyboard, but you probably shouldn't. Stop cheaping out, and just get an M1 MacBook Air. The Mac mini is the Mac shitty unless you spec it out, at which point you may aswell get the MacBook Pro.
