3 eggs
70 g sugar (2.8 tbsp) + 1 tbsp. for topping the cake
120 grams of yogurt (6 tablespoons)
70 ml milk (4.6 tablespoons)
80 ml sunflower oil (4.4 tablespoons)
lemon peel
3 tbsp raisins
270 grams of flour (9 tablespoons with a slide)
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
Bake in preheated 180°C (360°F) oven for 40 minutes.
Baking dish 24 cm (9 inches)
