The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E has finally arrived in Australia, but what is all the fuss about? Well, on one hand it's a Mustang – but on the other it's an electric SUV. How could both possibly be true, right? Well, they are.

Safe to say this is the new model that the Blue Oval is hoping will take down the all-conquering Tesla Model Y. And if the Mustang Mach-E is to do so, it better be good – like, really good. Thankfully, Ford has ensured it's very competitive on paper, with it in some cases – literally – going further than its arch-rival.
