While he is at home by himself, a hunter named Steven receives an unexpected visit. A wild wolf is limping out of the woods, headed to his porch. The poor creature is whimpering loudly, almost as if asking for help. It doesn’t take the hunter long to find out why. The wolf is badly injured and losing blood from a wound clearly inflicted by another human. If he doesn’t step up to help it, it will die. The hunter is scared - not only because he is facing a wild wolf, but because he knows this particular wolf, and would do anything to save it. So he does something truly unbelievable.
