Following the Phoenix Suns (46-31) defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves (53-24) 97-87, Grayson Allen discusses the Suns’ stellar defense (fewest points allowed this season), importance of defensive communication, the importance of rebounding, how his hip is feeling, his big night overall and more.

Allen finished with a team-high 23 points on 6-of-14 shooting, eight rebounds and two steals in 33 minutes, his first game back after missing last game with hip soreness. Phoenix led wire-to-wire after a 15-0 run to start the game and held Minnesota to 39% shooting and forced 18 turnovers.

The Suns pick up their third straight big win and remain in sixth place in the Western Conference and can distance themselves even further up in the standings when they next host the New Orleans Pelicans (45-32) Sunday.
