Just a quick video showing how easy it is to replace the engine air filter in a 2014 Toyota Camry 4 cyl. I have heard of dealers charging as much as $80-$100 for this. As you can see, it only takes a minute or two and is a fairly inexpensive part. Follow your manufacturer's recommendation to determine how often you should change this filter, but it's typically recommended every 10,000 miles or so. You should change the filter more often if you drive on dusty roads. This will be the same for the 2012 and 2013 and many other models of Toyota & Lexus. Save some money and do it yourself!
