Cities Skylines 2 is a broken mess. And today's review holds no punches. It's yet another release that is unoptimized, full of broken promises, lacks any meaningful content changes and simply plays off its previous success. How this is not an early access title is beyond me. How they have the audacity to release this at full price is audacious. The performance alone makes this game an avoid, but there is still so much else that lacks or has taken a step back.
