One of Bisq's top 2020 goals is to create a kickass user support experience.

This call covers new infrastructure and processes, including L1/L2 calendars, escalation, support issue GitHub board, and the new Bisq wiki / knowledge base, all of which are ready for immediate use.

Anyone currently providing support for Bisq should watch this call: those working in the #support channel, mediators or refund agents, as well as those monitoring outside channels like Twitter, Reddit, and Telegram.

Dev team members should also watch it to become familiar with their new L2 support roles and how these L2 roles complement L1 support roles.

Last but not least: anyone looking to get involved with Bisq support, i.e. "join" the support team, should watch this call to better understand that process!
