Original WOR & NBC Broadcasts (ends in the bottom of the 8th) partial broadcast recorded and Digitalized and some recent restoration/remastered off pre recorded VHS tapes which were converted to DVD through a DVD burner (2003) with some recent color and frame rate corrections and a new audio added in post. Recorded off two versions first inning and intro is the Original WOR broadcast with Lindsay Nelson, Bob Murphy and Ralph Kiner.
During the second inning we move to the NBC Broadcast with Curt Gowdy. This is the only original Broadcasts of the 1973 NLCS as far as I know only seen film highlite reels. The rare broadcast has some image instability here and there and some contrast issues but gets better as you go along..
Tom Seaver vs Jack Billingham in Game 1 of the 1973 National League Championship Series from Riverfront Stadium. Pedro Borbon gets the win (1-0) and Seaver with the loss (0-1) HRs Pete Rose (off Seaver), Bench walk off in the 9th and game winner (off Seaver)
