Cooking recipe and ingredients:

250 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
30 g melted butter.
Sift 450 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Add another 150 g of wheat flour.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 5 minutes.
Cut into 4 parts.
Add 1 teaspoon of apricot jam.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
