In case you’re a brand new player, in order to use coordinations, download the addon TomTom, and extract it into C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns:

For the Shadowlands mounts, if you've never played that expansion, you can take the Shadowlands starting quest "Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons" from Highlord Darion Mograine either in front of Stormwind Keep if you're Alliance at /way 76.6 42.8, or in front of Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar's Valley of Strength if you're horde at /way 50.4 76.8
