I was incredibly happy with this super easy vegan chili recipe, for those of us that are short on time or do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is the perfect recipe. I was very impressed with the Chili Starter product from Aldi's and have many uses for it to shorten food prep time in the future in our kitchen. If you guys want something simple, and delicious, this one is for you.
