4.4 million Texans were left without power on February 15th 2021 at 6 a.m. and my family was apart of that 4.4 million who had to survive without power for three days. I thought they would have the power back on in hours but we had to go to my grandma's house for almost 3 days. it was not long until my mom told us to get back inside and don't go outside on February 15th. we were huddled under blankets with our two dogs and our cat and dad was at work. Me, Caleb, Chloe, Brittany (my mom), Ava (beagle), Nova (Husky-Greman Sgepard mix), and Jack (black cat) we're under blankets at 2:38 in the afternoon and soon we went to sleep in my mom's bedroom because that was the only bedroom that had a bed that could hold more than three people. we went to my grandma's house hours later at 6:45 in the evening and we spent almost three days there. I don't think that we will survive through the decade because we are still living through a plague, had attacks on Washington DC, power outages due to a blizzard, and more. I can't even start to imagine what's going to be happening in the next 9 years of Our Lives but hopefully we'll be able to pull through. stay strong everyone
