After a long hiatus due to our trip to France, I finally busted out the ol vlog can and make my return to daily vlogging. I suffered my first ever panic attack during my trip and then had a second one a few days ago. I wanted to share my experiences and what I've since learned in hopes it may help others dealing with the same thing or may have loved ones that do too.
