What is OMORI?
Omori is a psychological horror role-playing video game developed by indie studio OMOCAT. The game tells the story of a hikikomori boy named Sunny and his dream world alter-ego Omori, exploring the real world and the surreal dream world to overcome his repressed fears and secrets. He is joined by a party of his close friends as they explore the overworld and engage in turn-based battles against fantastical enemies, with status effects based on the characters' emotions. The game has two routes with multiple endings based on the player's choices. (Wikipedia, 2020).

Below includes download links and instructions on how to get access and play these maps. I know you guys will asking for these so I have included them beforehand.
Install GOMORI, most of these maps are playable through the use of GOMORI mods.

Proceed normally up to Black Space, Town Area. From the vertical line in the center of the map, locate, to your right, the 4th building of the 3rd horizontal row. Enter the building. From there, interact with the window to the far right of the room.

Not playable in-game, this a remade version using the frames found within the game's files by Venen.

Before using the mod, locate a save file that has collected all of the valid Black Space keys. I have done it for you:

Now, progress up until entering Basil's house.
You can now use this mod without any conflicts from in-game events.
You can trigger the mod's events through playing cards with your friends in the stump.

IMPORTANT: Archive the originals beforehand. Put it back once you're done playing around in the 99 Letter Rooms.
You can access these room through the playground in vast forest. Just head straight down from the playground.
