After 17 years of HWE I am done cleaning with it. I have found an all-around much better way of cleaning using low moisture. Its more echo friendly by using neutral products vs high PH chemicals and Acid rinses. There is no wastewater to dispose of, and no truck running gas out in the driveway polluting the planet. Its pet and people friendly and it will not leave any residue to promote re-soiling. The front door is always closed so no bugs or weather gets inside the home....and pets can't escape due to the front door being open as well. The list goes on and on as to the benefits of using a low moisture cleaning system!
