How to modify your surron for the cheapest price when you're on a budget!

I think this is probably the best method I've found for modifying a surron cheaply - you can get fox 40's, upgraded brakes, etc. for the cheapest possible price. sur rons are expensive, so why spend more money on the build / mods than you need to?
