Ten Blessed Habits of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ – He did not get sick throughout his whole life

1. Getting up early in the morning
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to get up very early in the morning, but there is no tradition that he (peace be upon him) ever performed Tahajjud. Some time before sunrise and up to an hour after is the most oxygen rich time. Today, based on scientific research, it is the best time in 24 hours in terms of health, in which you get the opportunity to take maximum oxygen, which is a very useful process for your healthy life.
2. Eye massage
After waking up from sleep in the morning, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to massage his eyes. The entire system of the body consists of eleven systems. It takes 11 to 12 minutes for the system to recover after waking up from sleep. If you massage the eyes, this system immediately recovers within 10 to 15 seconds.
3. Stay in bed for a while
Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to sit for a while after getting up from bed and used to recite Surah Ikhlas 3 times. That takes about 1 minute to read. Today, medical science tells us that there is a capillary in our brain that forms a bridge for blood from one part to another. Thus, blood supply to our entire brain is restored through this bridge from where all our nerves i.e. the whole body has to be controlled. If a person wakes up in the morning and walks suddenly while the blood supply to the brain has not yet been restored, then this person may have a brain hemorrhage or may suffer from many other complex problems of the brain in which the body suddenly collapses. Paralysis of several parts of the body is also included. Whereas if he just sits for a minute to restore the blood supply to his brain, many complex problems can be avoided. It is a regular science and there is research by many professors and doctors behind this blessed hadith, in which even non-Muslim researchers have agreed that we should stay in bed for a while after getting up in the morning according to this Sunnah of Muhammad. . The advantage of this is that the mind becomes fully active and able to fully guide our body. Where there is a great reward and reward for this blessed Sunnah, there is also a great secret of health.
