Around since 1940, PPS is great for electrical insulation, connectors, gaskets, and other applications requiring heat and chemical resistance.

Printable on some lower-temp pritners, extruding as low as 315°C, this material nearly bridges the gap between low and high-temp -- with mods, standard printers may be able to print PPS.

We've seen a lot of this in medical devices and aerospace -- small, unique parts going into handles of electronic devices, to brackets and frames for electronics in aerospace components. Resistant to all types of sterilization, including radiation, this is a great material for many projects.

More affordable than ULTEM, this material has some great properties that may work for your application. Primarily -- if you need extreme chemical resistance, but don't need PEEK/ULTEM level heat resistance, this is the material for you.

A medium-advanced material, different geometries do take some tuning. Once you dial in the extrusion multiplier and retractions, depending on the size of your parts and fine details, cooling fan can be used to get extra fine features.
