Boasting an inspired theme harking back to the 18th century, the restaurant is segregated into eight conservatories, namely: The Ice Bar; The Grill and Rotisserie; The Steam Basket; The Wok; The Tandoor; The Fruit Stall; The Bakery; and The Patisserie.
