Without reading her book, I probably would never have thought to cleanse my liver, colon, and kidneys and drop weight simultaneously.

I snacked on raw and unsalted nuts, and crunchy vegetables, such as broccoli, celery, and cucumbers. For more ideas, refer to JJ Smith’s book.

Before beginning this detox, please consult with your physician, stay hydrated with water, and drink your smoothie three to four hours apart per day. You may also drink detox or herbal tea.
