Archives from KillRadio.ORG broadcasting live out of the Los Feliz studio in downtown Los Angeles, in a building once known as the Hotel Felix; a flophouse where Bukowski himself resided in the 60's while working at the Post Office, evidently in the same room as the studio according to his own description.

We had a pirate server, broken ass sound compressor, old mackie board, and a 501c lease on an old building we fought to protect from gentrification. It wasn't much, but we made some magic happen there, various guests and performances from underground artists to legends and grammy winners.

If you build it, if you resist the forces of stagnancy and decay, you can make the scene. When we didn't have any guests or performances we made our own, and read literature and played music, licensing be damned. We were a collective of likeminded DJ's, artists, anarchists, punks and fruitcakes keeping an old relic intact while making a ruckus and serving the community. Everything from local news to bacchanalian graffiti from the freak nation of the underground.
