I have looked throughout Prime Deals on the affiliate page and I am not willing to put my reputation on the break-jump cues they have for sale. One Break/Jump cue has 1200+ 4.5 star reviews but I will not post the link unless requested.
Personally, if I were a beginner, I would find a decent Break and Jump cue combination for under $150. They are 3-piece and work very well because the tip is already super hard for the breaking aspect of the cue. This makes jumping much easier.
