The Metroid Franchise is known to be the dark and disturbing series of Nintendo. A lot of the games borrow and use horror elements without ever straying too far into the genre. Metroid Fusion on the other hand seems to take this to the next level, and instils fear into many players who play the game. How exactly does it do this though? And what elements can we see that help in building this fear and dread experienced?
