As one of the BIG Four of the Dallas Cowboys version of Mount Rushmore (Clint, Tex and Tom are the other 3), Personnel Director Gil Brandt deserves A LOT of credit for finding players as he looked often on the "outside" for talent for 29 years for America's Team.

It would have been interesting to see how the Cowboys would have fared had Gil remained with the Cowboys after Jimmy Johnson (another very skilled evaluator of talent) left in 1994 as Gil remained very active years after the Jerry Jones bought the Cowboys.
