What are your thoughts?

I don't think Nobushi's move is necessarily broken but, the mechanic of bleed VS revenge seems a little wonky. This "technique" really only works if the person you are fighting is not paying attention or busy fighting someone else but, either way it should be reconsidered or at least brought up.
