This unique and delicious jam will surely be a hit with the whole family!

RECIPE:
500g Carrots
1 Apple
1 Lemon
250g Sugar
150ml Water

Peel and shred Carrots and Apple. Juice the Lemon and add ingredients to a pot. Add the Sugar and Water and cook on medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.

Once tender, transfer to a blender and blend until smooth, or to desired consistency.

Return to stove top and cook until bubbly.

Fill sterilized jam jars and flip over until cooled.
