I'm back with another video game cover! This time its "Splash Wave" from Sega's 1986 classic arcade racing game OutRun, composed by Hiroshi Kawaguchi.

I wanted to remain faithful to the tone and energy of the original, but updated with some modern production, hardware synthesizers, and some of my own personal flair.
