The more we fix, the more water damage we discover. As we keep moving along, we keep finding isolated sections of water damage that need repair. Unfortunately, none of them are super quick to repair.

This time around was no different. I found two small areas of water damage on the floor decking underneath the walls on each side of the bedroom. In order to access and repair everything, I ended up removing all of the bed framing, side tables, storage, etc., from the bedroom.

I pretty much had it down to a clean slate. The good thing is that it allowed me to do what I needed to do to get everything back up and running. I replaced the flooring, rebuilt the bed and storage areas, and recarpeted the side tables.

Now we are ready to move on to the next project.
