Over the past few months, I've been restoring a 2009 Pontiac G6 GT Convertible that I got for FREE! It belonged to a friend who stopped using it due to constant beeping from the malfunctioning retractable hardtop. From watching YouTube videos, I learned how to fix several key issues, including the convertible wiring, and decided to try to sell it on Cars & Bids.

As a fan of @DougDeMuro I was excited to submit my car to his website, but unfortunately, it was quickly rejected. Luckily, I ended up selling the car to my friend Paul locally, and I still get to see it regularly!

This video documents the car's journey from start to finish, showcasing the amazing detailing work by my friend Wolf, and the main repairs I tackled, including the alternator, headlights, and top wiring. My hope is that this video will inspire you to see that with some time, effort, and tools from Harbor Freight, you too can handle minor restorations and fixes on your own project car!
