This 1930s house, initially crafted by Lionel Pries, underwent a complete transformation. The goal was to enhance its inherent charm while infusing a contemporary vibe. Inspired by Pries' historical touch, Hoedemaker Pfeiffer merged Spanish and European design elements, resulting in a distinctive yet faithful update that feels both timeless and contemporary.
