大家好 我是阿鸿 这一期和大家分享古老肉 这是一道带有古早的味道 非常想念以前的味道 希望大家会喜欢

材料:
花肉 300g 盐 白糖 蛋黄 芡粉水 后上干粉
酱汁:酸梅酱 冰糖 白醋 清水
材料 :青红灯笼椒/青红椒 洋葱

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Pork belly 300g. Remove skin, cut thick slice then pound it and cut smaller pieces. Mix with one egg yolk, little salt and sugar, 1tbsp corn flour and little water. Before deep-fry, coat with tapioca or corn flour.
2. Red onion 1/2pc, cut thick slices
3. Red and green capsicum 1/2 pc each, cut thick slices
4. Starch water

Sweet and Sour sauce (cook in the sauce pan until rock sugar melts)
1. Water 1 bowl
2. Rock sugar approximate amount
3. Plum sauce 2tbsp
4. White vinegar 2tbsp

Method
1. Heat oil till 160 deg and deep-fry the pork belly till cook. Drain the pork, remove any flour residue in the oil and re-heat the oil to higher temp. Then re-fry the pork till crispy and golden brown. Set aside
2. Heat wok with little oil and stir fry the red onion, red and green capsicum. Set aside
3. Add the sauce in the wok and let it boil. Add little starch water and mix well. Then add in pork, red onion, red and green onion and do a quick stir.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
