In this golf lesson, PGA golf pro Kerrod Gray and Marno Vorster explain how to properly shift your weight onto your lead foot and demonstrate an easy drill that is guaranteed to improve your ball striking.

Weight transfer is directly linked to a player's skill level and how well they strike the golf ball. Better ball strikers will have the majority of their weight on the lead side, while poor ball strikers will keep their weight centered or hanging back through impact.
