3 things I do to keep myself on track in my Addiction recovery and Sobriety.
1: Handle my Business.
Take care of the things I can control. The things that move me forward for the day.
2: Be Selfish!
It's said to be a selfish program. This is true. You have to be responsible and right with yourself, before you can extend yourself out to others.
Fix you first.
3: Don't get involved in or spread gossip.
It's not a good character look. Benefits no one.
