I've been delving into the world of FE ROM hacks on the side, and recently came across one in particular that caught my eye, called Code of The Black Knights. The sheer number of branches in the story line is amazing, and there is one particular branch I have yet to see uploaded to YouTube.

If you get exiled from Al-Hadar for killing their council member, refuse the peace treaty post time skip, keep the Archbishop alive, accept Kayleth's proposal, and have a slip of the tongue during the subsequent peace counsel, an additional chapter is unlocked where max level promoted units come guns blazing at you. This is the entire might of the continent combined, even your own countrymen.

The continental army waits until right after you kill the literal god being that you summoned, and then turns against you. No matter what you do, this is a fight you are meant to lose. From unmissable instakill siege tomes to making Light Brands deal effective damage against you, and even having Layton, the final boss of another route charging at you, there's no shortage of hurdles you have to face.

Even if you do everything perfectly, Noir, one of your Lords, will have a literal heart attack from dark magic overuse, forcing a cutscene to play after your next action. You can be winning single handedly, but the game will go "naw fam" and roll the ending.

All of this is fun a story, but one thing stands out. The Dancer unit of this game has a skill that allows her to move again that turn with a luck% chance, similar to Thracia 776 movement stars. But here's where it gets extra spicy. You can activate this skill an indefinite number of times and have infinite turns. This is very much doable if you understand the RNG in games like these, which I do. So I used luck manipulation in a tool-assisted superplay, recorded a movie file, and played it back for this. It was an incredible experience to pull off.
