Robert Downey Jr. details his one weird year (1985-1986) as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and the events leading up to his audition, which he got through his friendship with Anthony Michael Hall. Some clips of his (very few) SNL appearances are also included, as well as a more recent interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, when he’s asked about his SNL days and one of his skits that bombed.
