The seventh-generation 7-series is finally here and it’s a big deal both in technology but more importantly, in design.

There’s a digital dashboard which houses two 12.3-inch displays in a single glass panel for both the infotainment screen and gauge cluster. In the backseat though, you can get something called the BMW Theater Screen.

This is a massive 31.0 inch screen that folds down from the roof where passengers can watch movies or play games. One game I’d love to try out on that screen is RAID:Shadow Legends, which is the sponsor of today’s video.

The 2023 BMW 7-series will come in 3 versions to begin with - a six-cylinder 740i and the V-8 powered 760i models with a plug-in-hybrid 750e model coming. BMW also says there will be an M-badged 7-series in the future with over 600 horsepower.

Last but not least, there's also the electric i7.

The i7 features two electric motors with 536 horsepower and around 300 miles of range.

BMW says that you can get 80 miles of range from just a 10 minute charge and buyers will also receive complimentary charging for the first 3 years of ownership at Electrify America stations.

The base model is the classic BMW 740i. It comes with a 375-hp turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six and rear-wheel drive. The 4.4-liter twin turbo V-8 in the new 760i produces 536 horsepower and only comes with xDrive all-wheel drive. The coming 750e plug in hybrid will make 483 horsepower.

The 7-series will go on sale in the U.S. in November, with a base price of $94k for the 740i and $115k for the 760i xDrive with the i7 coming in at $120k.
