New Jersey father Christopher Gregor is set to stand trial on Tuesday for the death of his six-year-old son, Corey Micciolo on April 2, 2021. Gregor is accused of forcing his son to run on a treadmill because he believed the boy was “too fat.” The child later died of his injuries. Law&Crime's Terri Austin has more on the case.
