Enshrouded gameplay with DeLindsay. After a bunch of testing, I can now confirm the Flame Altar level is 100% tied to the World, independently of the Flame Altar. This means after Upgrading it to Level 6, you can actually Extinguish that Altar and the World will still retain Flame Level 6.
