The phrase obey Allah and obey the Messenger is used by those to prove that the Qur'an sanctions the use of the hadith and sunnah of Bukhari. A simple cross referencing and reading verses before and when each and every use of this phrase is used, destroys at a stroke this fraudulent interpretation. As there is no verse of the Qur'an to justify following anything other than the Qur'an, then fake proofs is all they can come up with.
