This is a spicy and smoky salsa with a lot of flavor!! Perfect for chips and salsa or try it with your favorite tacos. So good and easy to make!

Spicy Roasted Salsa

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes on the vine or Roma if you prefer
2 Serrano peppers
10 Chile de Arbol dried
2 garlic cloves
8-10 cilantro stems with leaves
1 tsp Knorr chicken buillon
pinch of Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp salt
The juice of one lime

I like to line my pan with foil for easy clean up!
Remember, use however many chiles you are comfortable with. For a mild-medium salsa try 1 Serrano with the seeds removed and 2 chile de arbol. Don’t be afraid to experiment!
