The V10 Lamborghini lineup started with the Gallardo, evolving into the LP560 generation which was then updated to the modern day Huracan. With the Huracan and a 7 speed DCT, it became one of the best all around supercars. Exotic, fantastic V10 sound, fast, decently practical and comfortable, one of the best choices for a mid-engined supercar. With the Huracan STO, Lamborghini essentially took their Super Trofeo racecar...and turned it into a "street car". Insane aerodynamics, carbon fiber body panels and other extreme weight saving measures, direct steering, rear wheel drive and rear wheel steer, this thing is an actual racecar for the street. The Performante is a better all around supercar that is capable on track, but you cannot argue that the STO is more extreme in effectively every way.
We spent a day with my friend Alec's new Ad Personam Huracan STO, and it was amazing. (it totally made my R8 RWS feel like a wet sponge lol). Enjoy this epic review! Ownership video coming next.
