Out of all the different styles of pizza out there, I think Detroit might just be my favorite… Agree or disagree?

I had some over fermented leftover focaccia dough that I knew would bake into a puffy pizza shell. I prefer the double bake method for this style of pie, but you could probably get away with topping and baking all in one go.

Pro-Tip: Line your baking pan with shortening, not olive oil 😉⚡️
