Adam Fleischman got physical so I turned up the heat with a threatening text. He was out in a matter of days less than a week fearing a lockout and a middle of the street address. Using the fact that law enforcement can’t force me to let a squatter back in the house being a civil matter.

Rip Claudia Cummings the experience with Adam proved to be too much for her and she decided to take her own life on 10/31/23

Claudia lived a full life as a singer, song writer, producer and actress. A member of the Coral Reef band along side Jimmy Buffet 1991-1997.
Appeared in several movies and talk shows.
I had the Privilege of getting to know Claudia during her squatter removal. She was a very sweet lady and will be missed.
