Hi everyone! Todays video is a self care pamper vlog. I share some of the things i like to do, to wind down, relax and ground myself whenever I'm not feeling so well. Setting some of these routines in place really benefits the mind and our overall peace and emotional state. I also celebrate my birthday and spend time with friends making a cheese platter together for a cute picnic in the city and a dinner out at yummy Nobu!
