My water heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve was leaking after i went to go test it as i should. After seeing a neighbor with the same age house getting their water heater replaced i decided to take a closer look at mine and i am glad i did! Replaced the anode rod and valve with not a single problem! I am not a plumber by any means but i have basic knowledge from my days working on hydronic heating. By the power of youtube we can all accomplish the needs to maintain our homes, appliances and keep the big companies from robing us. Remember, There's a solution for that!
