Now that multiverses and time travel are a viable part of the MCU, there’s no telling who might show up. Just because a character has passed away or disappeared in the past, doesn’t mean they can’t suddenly show up again in the present because… well just because. Consequences aren’t important anymore.

With James Gunn back at the helm, the possibilities are essentially limitless for Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3. We don’t know many details as of yet, but we do know that the film is absolutely happening, and that if they want, it can either introduce or reintroduce a slew of key characters.
