CHICHARRÓN DE CHANCHO RECIPE
Ingredients for CHICHARRÓN:
- CHANCHO BELLY (750 gr.)
- GARLIC (1 clove)
- GOOD HERB (1 twig)
- SALT (3/4 tablespoon)
- OIL (A big jet)
- WATER (3/4 cup)

How to prepare pork rinds:
Boil the pork with salt, garlic and mint until the water evaporates. Then add oil and brown the pork rinds.
The trick so that the oil does not splash is ...... follow all the steps and fry on medium / low heat.

How to boil Peruvian yellow potatoes:
Put the potatoes in a pot with water and add a tablespoon of salt. When it boils, lower the heat and control for 13 to 14 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the water.
